I think it is important to promote those who support and promote us and I try very hard to do my part.

I am not above embarassing myself for the cause and here we are encouraging others to join the fight and volunteer with our affiliate... We were the "steering" committee and our names are Connie Cow and Cow Patty!

Walking around the mall to promote our Race and the new National Sponsor. Every trip I wrapped myself in another roll of Quilted Northern Toilet paper and carried a sign:

TOP TEN REASONS
I’M WEARING TOILET PAPER

Through an odd twist of fate, I had an opportunity to meet Joey Truscelli. I am still a little freaked out about the whole thing and am not sure where this chance meeting will lead, but I am so impressed by what he is doing that I felt a need to share with all my friends. One Good Turn with Joey T. is a reality TV show making a difference in lives of people facing adversity. With his "race car" connections AND Extreme Makeover Home Edition friends he is working on his third episode where they surprised a woman battling breast cancer. Working on his first episode with a child with spinal muscular atrophy and 2nd with a child with leukemia has led him down the path that put us in a position to meet. He and his wife have purchased the Rainbow Valley Ranch in Teller County and working to change it to the One Good Turn Ranch and a retreat for families dealing with life-limiting and life-threatening diseases. Do a search for "One Good Turn with Joey T" for more info and as I can I will post more info here.
